1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the services of Extraction Pros, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site or using our services.

2. Services Provided

Extraction Pros provides insulation extraction, removal, and installation services. All quotes provided are estimates based on visual inspections and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if hidden damage or differing conditions are discovered upon commencement of work. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area (attic, crawlspace, etc.).
• Secure pets and keep children away from the work area during service.
• Disclose any known hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos) present in the home prior to the start of work.

4. Warranties and Limitations

We guarantee that our extraction services will remove the bulk of the targeted insulation material to the substrate level. We do not warrant against pre-existing structural damage or issues caused by third-party contractors. Any new insulation installed by Extraction Pros comes with a manufacturer's warranty for the material and a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation.

5. Governing Law

Any claim related to Extraction Pros's website or services shall be governed by the laws of the states of Alabama and Florida without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
